E-Commerce - Waste Or Gain of Lifestyle?

Before you make up your mind, inform yourself of the positives and negatives of doing it, as well as not doing it.

Making money online requires a bit more than just clicking around in the email inbox. However, the initial effort of launching an e retail business is still not even remotely comparable to what's required to start an actual physical retail business.

So, let's say that you wanted to do business online. Let's also say you had 12 hours you could add to your current work week and let's say that you could keep up that pace for 6 months.

If doing so meant that you could make enough profit to quit your job in month seven, would it be worth it to you? If that were to happen, your lifestyle could obviously gain greatly from it. In month seven, you'd go from 52 hours a week to 20, possibly while making much more money than you ever did before.

But exactly how realistic is such a scenario? Very much so. Your success will of course be affected by secondary external factors like picking the right ad space channels, the right e banks, the right commission rates, using the right headline techniques etc. But that goes for everybody, regardless of coaching program and type of business.

Personally, I get reliable support and coaching 24/7. Such support allows me to focus on executing profit earning tasks as opposed to spending time deciphering how things work. The right schooling will take some of the guess-work out of it, and I would recommend you look one up that fits you.

However, the primary of factors to influence your e success, or lack thereof, will always be you. More specifically, your efforts and persistence. If you're a smart individual of competitive nature who doesn't mind working a few extra hours per day, e commerce could be the perfect thing for you to try.

Imagine making a decent income just by spending just a few hours online per day. It can happen, but it won't happen fast unless you put in more hours than that in the beginning. This is where most rookie online money makers fail - lack of persistence during the startup weeks.

Online money making can be very profitable, but before we can all be like the mentors we read about we must first learn exactly how they do it. We must take the time to learn it all thoroughly before we can expect to excel.

If money making online is something you plan to pursue sporadically, don't expect it to pay for a whole lot of vacation time with the family, never mind being able to resign from your current position. If it seems too complicated, maybe it's not for you. Maybe it would indeed lower the quality of your lifestyle, sitting in front of the screen every night after work.

But if you decide to do it, make sure to give it your best shot. If the long term upside could possibly be a substantially improved lifestyle for your family, why not spend a whole lot of extra time and effort in the beginning to give it a real chance?

Lifestyle Photography

Lifestyle photography is all about capturing your essence. It is similar to the environmental portrait but it takes it a step further. Wikipedia defines lifestyle photography as "re-creating real life situations in a controlled setting."

Lifestyle photography is very different from the traditional studio portrait session where the subject is posed (chin-up, tilt your head, hands on the lap etc.), photographed and ushered out of the studio. The majority of lifestyle photography shoots take place outdoors or on-location, such as in your home or some other place that is significant to you. Lifestyle sessions usually last from one hour to three hours and include a few formal or posed shots and lots of informal, candid photographs that capture doing what you do best. If it is a family lifestyle photo shoot, be prepared to run after your kids, roll around with them, take them for a piggyback ride or simply enjoy sharing an ice-cream with them - anything that you would normally do on a Sunday afternoon with your children.

In Hawaii, where I live, lifestyle photography sessions often center around the ocean or the great outdoors where people spend a lot of their time. If you are a paddler or a surfer, the photographer will ask you to come to the shoot in your board shorts with your paddle or your favorite surfboard. A typical session will include a few posed shots on your favorite beach and then the fun begins ... its off to the water to do what you love. Some photographers will get in the water with you while others will shoot from the shore.

This is not to say that lifestyle photography can't take place in a studio - it can, but a studio can be limiting. There are photographers who specialize in studio lifestyle photography, and if the outdoors is not for you, this is a good alternative.

Preparing for a lifestyle photography session is easy after you find the right photographer. Wear what you normally wear to do what you love, then show up for the session with a good attitude!

Arizona Relocation for the Weather and Lifestyle

Here’s a good reason to invest in an Arizona property: snow. Remember the diary that went around on the Internet a few years back from the man who moved to Minnesota in the fall and initially, was so entranced by the snow? “Lovely snow,” he wrote. By March, he was using expletives that would make a longshoreman blush and decided to move. Chances are, he picked up a great deal on Phoenix real estate.

All About Phoenix and Scottsdale

The Pima Indians who lived here for centuries called Phoenix metro area “Valley of the Sun.” Buy one of the many Phoenix homes for sale, move here and take up permanent residence, and you’ll be enjoying 300 days of that sun every year. It’s like eternal summer!

Scottsdale real estate is also a good value for those who want to enjoy the unique lifestyle this part of Arizona has to offer. The entire area has an abundance of golf courses (well over 200 of them!), cultural and sporting events, lively night scene, entertainment venues and more, It’s all well worth thinking about if you are serious about Phoenix real estate for sale. More on Scottsdale and Phoenix Real Estate

You have no doubt heard the mainstream “media” as it sensationalizes the current melt-down in the real estate market. By now, very few intelligent Americans take anything the mainstream “media” says seriously. While it’s true that some markets in the country have experienced trouble due to criminal mismanagement of the nation’s economy since 2001, the Phoenix real estate market is still strong.

Wayne Hemrick is experienced in the Phoenix real estate market and provides advice to those considering relocation to Phoenix, Arizona. From Scottsdale luxury real estate to Phoenix condos, Wayne has pertinent advice to help you you make informed decisions.

MS and Acid - Switch to an Alkaline Lifestyle

MS and acid have recently been linked together by Doctor Robert O Young, a leading microbiologist and nutritional scientist, in his studies on the benefits of an alkalarian lifestyle. His findings contain a whole new way of looking at diet and nutrition which allow you to experience a new level of wellness, energy and mental clarity.

His findings state that it is the over-acidification of the body which is the single underlying cause of all disease. This is in direct contrast to the works of Louis Pasteur in the late 1800s which said that disease comes from germs which invade the body from the outside.

A diet high in acid foods such as meat, grains, dairy, high sugar fruits and bread causes acid waste to build up in the body. When acid waste enters our bloodstream the blood system will attempt to dispose of these wastes in liquid form through your lungs of the kidneys, and if there are two many wastes to handle they are deposited in various organs like the heart, pancreas, colon, and other locations. The main cause of this problem is the radical change in diet and lifestyle over the last 100 years which has actually transformed our bodies into toxic waste lands.

To slow down and reverse this process one must begin by removing this over-acidification of the blood and tissues by including the liberal amounts of alkaline water in the diet. Alkaline water has a pH between 9 and 11 and will neutralize harmful stored acid wastes and gently remove them from the tissues.

His theory is that the root cause of multiple sclerosis is the modern diet which is causing your body to become diseased by acids, sugars, carbohydrates, excess fats and uric acids which are flowing through our bloodstream. Therefore, any condition is merely a warning sign of a breakdown in your body, due to your lifestyle that takes you out of balance, and in this condition it is easy for multiple sclerosis to develop. You need to stop the attacks on your body from within before you develop even more serious conditions and eventually truly life threatening health problems.

Here is a quote from Doctor Young in relation to the over acidification of the body. " There is only one sickness and one disease, and this one 'sickness' is the over acidification of the body due primarily to an inverted way of living, thinking, and eating... and there can be only one remedy and treatment and that is to alkalize the body and break the cycle of imbalance, thus allowing us to experience the energy, vitality and true health we are all meant to have"

For further information on how to treat the root cause of multiple sclerosis and not the symptoms, please visit my website at http://treatment-for-ms.blogspot.com/ This is contrary to conventional medicine, and to what you have probably been told by your doctors, but the principles are sound and the methods are completely natural.

If like me you have multiple sclerosis you have nothing to lose by having a look at these groundbreaking techniques. You will become healthier, fitter and have more energy, and I have personally reversed a number of my MS symptoms by following his advice

I am not a doctor and before undertaking any diet or fitness regime you should always consult your physician. These are things that have worked for me personally which I thought were worth sharing.

Sleep 101 - Lifestyle Should You Take a Nap?

Napping can be a wonderful thing. But as with many things, you can get too much of a good thing. Here are some tips from recent research about taking a nap:

1. A short nap at midday, perhaps after lunch, can not only be very refreshing but can also improve our alertness and performance in the second half of the day. In such a brief nap, we are mainly in Stage 1 or Stage 2 sleep, which does not interfere with nighttime sleep patterns. For maximum effectiveness, the nap should be no more than 20-30 minutes. Beyond that, we run the possibility of going into deeper stages of sleep, which may interfere with peaceful sleep at night.

2. Naps later in the daytime, for example after work or in the late afternoon around dinnertime, regardless of length, greatly increase the chances of disrupting normal sleep patterns, especially if these naps become routine or lengthy.

3. Naps can not only improve alertness and effectiveness, but can be a physiological break from a stressful day. Like mindfulness or meditation, a nap can de-stress the body and put it into a relaxed state that helps disconnect stress from the bodymind.

4. Short naps can be especially effective for certain circumstances - those planning a long drive, or having undertaken a long drive, find themselves sleepy during the drive. Those with regular shift work who sleep during the day often cannot get enough daytime sleep and benefit from a short nap before work.

Is there a downside to napping?

Napping is not for everyone. Some people develop grogginess and trouble waking up even after a short nap of 15 minutes or so. Others just find it impossible to sleep in any other place than their own bed or don't have a cool, quiet environment that is conducive to sleep. Some find their nighttime sleep more difficult even from a short nap. The only way to find out if this is you is to try it out. Happy napping!

Promotional Tote Bags - Become a Part of Every Aspect of Their Lifestyle

'Lifestyle' is an expression that is overused and misused in many segments of the business world. The biggest misuse of the word from a marketing point of view, is when people speak in terms of 'lifestyle' as a pre-determined path that consumers follow simply because of the consumer grouping or consumer demographic to which they belong. People are pre-set a lifestyle simply on the basis of their income or where they live; as if individual choices in lifestyle are dictated to by the quantity or quality of the bread father or mother brings home. What if its bacon their bringing home?

All jokes aside. Promotional businesses have to be more savvy than just relying on pre-determined ideas about people's lifestyles based on income and proximity, say, to the city. The world wide web has diversified and enhanced the lifestyle options people from all income brackets and demographics explore. Promotional businesses have to 'generalize' but not in the way market researchers and demographers generalize. Promotional businesses have to offer general product lines that will cater to the general populace or general consumer base. Their livelihood depends on the right type of generalizations.

Promotional businesses need to cater a range of products based on what is generally used in the office place, and without blowing too many horns, this is a category or area that promotional businesses have made it their bread and butter in targeting well. Maybe that's because promotional business is so closely linked to the business world and the business world is so closely linked to the office. But promotional businesses need to know what kind of products people use in the kitchen, the living room and pertinent to this particular article, the great outdoors.

Promotional businesses are now offering a wide range of products that are specifically tailored to the great outdoors. Well, it doesn't have to be the 'great' outdoors. What do people use when they go outside their doors? They use key to go to their car. They use sunglasses to keep the sun off. They use caps and wide brimmed hats to keep the sun off. And they use Promotional Tote Bags to carry various things: hopefully promotional products that they take out of their tote bags to show their friends and other people. Always look for an angle when you're promoting.

The tote bag as a carry all is a popular outside of the house accessory. It has come late to the promotional product party. But Promotional Products are not set in stone when it comes to the range and lifestyle specifications they are programmed to meet. There is some programming involved in selling promotional products, yes, but the range is always adapting to meet the lifestyle options that people from across all demographics are exploring from day to day. Promotional businesses will continue to adapt with cutting edge products like tote bags because the consumer base is a living breathing thing. It's time to breathe with it.

Promotion Products is a business that is dedicated to getting your company name and logo onto as many different varieties of product as possible. The more products that have your company name and logo on them, the more exposure your business gets.

Diabetes Control For a Healthy Lifestyle

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic condition that arises when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot use the insulin produced effectively. Without insulin, or when it cannot be used effectively, the body does not get the energy it needs from your food. Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas, which helps the cells in the body absorb glucose contained in food This condition though chronic can be controlled allowing you to live a healthy lifestyle.

There are two basic forms of Diabetes. Type 1 requiring insulin for survival and Type 2 which requires insulin for metabolic control. Persons with Type 1 diabetes do not produce enough insulin and require a daily insulin injection for survival .Type 1 is more common in children adolescents and accounts for 10-15% of all diabetes. People with Type 2 diabetes produce insulin but the body is unable to use it effectively. These individuals may require oral hypoglycemic drugs to regulate an abnormally low concentration of glucose in the blood and may eventually need insulin injections.

Another type of diabetes is gestational diabetes which exists and develops in 2-5% of all pregnancies, but usually disappears when the pregnancy is over. However women who have had gestational diabetes are at a greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes at a later stage of their lives.

For all types of Diabetes, information on the condition, a controlled diet, physical exercise and looking after your medical needs are all key elements in the management of this condition. Hereunder list a four point plan to a healthy lifestyle.

1) A Balanced Diet- A balanced diet helps control your blood sugar levels and controls your weight. People with diabetes have the nutritional needs as anyone else. Consider adding a food supplement to your balance diet as it ensures that your body is nourished properly.

2) Physical Exercise-Exercise helps improves fitness, burns calories, reduces body fat and increases muscle tone. Exercise lowers blood sugar and, like insulin, it helps your body use it blood sugar efficiently.

3) Seek good medical advice and take control of your life - Insulin lowers blood sugar levels. Whether you require blood monitoring and multiple daily insulin injections or oral hypoglycemic drugs, get the right advice for your condition and help your body to help itself.

4) A Healthy Social life- A healthy social life, taking time out to relax with your friends and family is both vital in reducing our stress levels, thus reducing a possible factor to the development of diabetes

It is important to achieve the balance of the above plan. Too much or too little can mean that you are no longer in control of your condition. Achieving this balance is a lifetime commitment. Diabetes is a life long condition which requires careful control. Use the above information to lead an active healthy life.
