Being angry is not a great way to go through life. Everyone knows at least one person, who is constantly angry. It is very likely that that one person is also probably one of the unhealthiest people that you know. Usually those who do nothing but brood tend to make those around them miserable, also. Get out whatever is bothering you, but do it in a respectful way to whomever or whatever is bothering you.
If all else fails and you find that you are about to lose your calm just take a step back from everything. Leave the area, where ever that may be, go somewhere where you can get a moment to yourself.
